TL;DR

Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading a team to migrate and expand hirify.global’s existing customer base to hirify.global Connect, driving predictable ARR from the install base. Focus on building repeatable conversion motions, coaching Migration Account Executives through complex account discovery and change-management deals, and creating operating rigor around pipeline, forecasting, and execution.

Location: This is a hybrid role open to candidates residing in Utah and within commuting distance of our headquarters in South Salt Lake City.

What you will do

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to migrate existing Deploy & Inventory customers to hirify.global Connect, driving predictable Connect ARR.
  • Hire, coach, and develop Migration Account Executives through regular 1:1s, team trainings, deal reviews, and forecast/pipeline reviews.
  • Establish clear process and accountability across the migration funnel, including stage exit criteria and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and Customer Success to ensure strong discovery, compelling demos, and successful customer adoption.
  • Drive consistent execution through value-based selling and pricing-model change conversations.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform Connect positioning, enablement, and product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be residing in Utah and within commuting distance of South Salt Lake City.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for most full-time roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling repeatable sales motions.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Manager or Team Lead capacity, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop reps across the full sales cycle.
  • Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations.
