What you will do
- Lead the strategy and optimization of automated, trigger-based lifecycle programs, primarily using HubSpot.
- Define and maintain scalable customer segmentation frameworks for lifecycle programs and email launches.
- Act as the central owner for customer communications, aligning messaging across various teams.
- Innovate and evolve customer journeys beyond email to omni-channel strategies (in-app, SMS, sales-assisted).
- Document and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle communications journey with clear governance.
- Own the strategic analysis of lifecycle engagement, defining and monitoring key performance metrics for optimization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles.
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, behavioral triggers, and personalization at scale.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills to translate engagement data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience building omni-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, SMS, sales-assisted).
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with product usage data and event-based marketing.
- Experience documenting and governing complex lifecycle systems.
