What you will do
- Oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability and performance.
- Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including scoring models and routing logic.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and RevOps to maintain a clean, unified data ecosystem.
- Design and document standard operating procedures for campaign execution.
- Partner with the Analytics team to build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance and ROI.
- Proactively identify operational gaps and inefficiencies in our GTM motion and design scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical marketing role.
- Deep proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or Inflection.io) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring models, and attribution methodologies.
- Experience managing data workflows, including list segmentation, data enrichment, and database hygiene.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and process diagrams.
- Experience working with CDPs (Segment, etc.) and data activation workflows is a strong plus.
Nice to have
- Certification in major Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert).
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Proficiency with BI/Analytics tools (Looker, Tableau) and SQL basics.
- Familiarity with PLG motions and how they intersect with traditional inbound/outbound sales motions.
