What you will do
- Orchestrate and optimize email campaigns across the full funnel using HubSpot.
- Translate audience strategies into functional workflows, owning segmentation, logic, QA, and reporting.
- Manage HubSpot lists, workflows, and QA to ensure clean, compliant message delivery.
- Establish internal governance, guidelines, and repeatable processes for lifecycle engagement.
- Support channel expansion by experimenting with emerging channels like chat, push/SMS, and conversational AI.
- Partner with marketing managers, sales, and Customer Success Managers to align messaging and sequence planning.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a SaaS and B2B environment.
- Proficient in HubSpot workflows, lists, and automation, including segmentation, personalization, and triggered campaigns.
- Strong Quality Assurance (QA) habits and the ability to build repeatable systems for compliant delivery.
- Comfortable supporting reporting and using insights to improve campaigns and measure results.

- HubSpot certified.

- Able to balance execution responsibilities with enabling others through systems and documentation.
