TL;DR

Head Of Business Growth (Fintech): Providing strategic leadership and drive growth for hirify.global Business in the Americas with an accent on owning the local marketing strategy and messaging and using customer insights and performance learnings to scale even further. Focus on building quarterly, full-funnel market plans and always-on calendars across the Americas, prioritising highest ROI bets.

Location: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process, other than the US.

Salary: $150,300 - $167,000 gross annually (US)

What you will do

  • Build quarterly, full-funnel market plans and always-on calendars across the Americas, prioritising highest ROI bets.
  • Design briefs and launch campaigns/programmes with central partners (creative, PMM, automation, analytics).
  • Execute field programmes, including venue/partners/speakers, invites, run-of-show, follow-up with Sales, pipeline attribution/ROI readouts, etc.
  • Establish weekly performance cadence and iterating quickly using dashboards, learning agenda, pipeline/NABs impact reviews with stakeholders, etc.
  • Manage budgets for agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure operational excellence and speed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, such as SaaS, tech, or fintech.
  • Proven regional/market ownership, with expertise setting strategy, budget, and measurable outcomes.
  • A track record in field marketing or integrated demand generation (events and campaigns), and partnering with Sales and Operations teams.
  • The ability to translate data into insights, run experiments, and manage ROI/attribution conversations credibly.
  • Knowledge of MarTech/GTM (e.g., Salesforce, Looker/BI, Google Analytics, marketing automation).
  • Great cross-functional leadership (influencing without authority), stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with product-led growth motions and/or enterprise sales cycles (pipeline acceleration, exec engagement).
  • Exposure to affiliate/partner ecosystems, including community building and participating in local community programmes.
  • Familiarity with the fintech/regulatory landscape in the Americas.
  • Experience building a new regional marketing engine from scratch, including hiring, processes, and playbooks.
