What you will do
- Lead, coach, and empower a customer-facing team to achieve goals and foster a positive culture.
- Measure and analyze team performance against KPIs, providing coaching and development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and engagement.
- Conduct performance conversations, manage conflict, and provide feedback to team members.
- Provide technical resources and advice, resolving problems and issuing corrective action plans.
- Serve as an influential leader demonstrating professionalism and taking ownership of team success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading fast-paced, results-driven, customer-facing teams for a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup company preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with staffing/hiring, performance management, career conversations, coaching, and developing front-line employees and junior managers required.
- Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with the software.
- Experience using data/analytics tools to solve problems and measure impact.
- Ability to collaborate, influence cross-functional teams, and champion new concepts.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Slack, and LinkedIn.
