What you will do
- Drive sales of commercial advertising projects within a designated territory for the clinical business.
- Achieve sales targets by building long-term business relationships and generating new business potential.
- Grow and develop a list of accounts, establishing close interaction to strengthen relationships and increase spend.
- Develop a strong understanding of business segments, the competitive environment, and industry trends to propose opportunities.
- Attend industry events and make on-site client visits as required by the business.
- Maintain accurate sales records and effective administration using Salesforce and other specified tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience with a focus on business development and account management.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to quickly develop rapport via phone, in-person, or email.
- Clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
- Ability to travel (approximately 10%).
Nice to have
- Experience working with and selling to healthcare agencies.
- Experience with lead-generation and high-volume business development.
- Solution-based sales experience articulating value.
- Presentation experience to individuals and/or groups.
- Working knowledge of Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
