TL;DR

Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships: Strengthening and expanding strategic relationships with large partners in the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on driving revenue expansion, improving operational performance, and ensuring partnerships deliver measurable value. Focus on negotiating new contracts, tracking partner performance metrics, and increasing utilization through engagement initiatives.

Location: This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote within the US.

Salary: $113,500–$134,500 USD Base + $12,500 Variable for fully remote; $145,500–$171,500 USD Base + $12,500 Variable for hybrid.

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with large payors and complex partners, ensuring exceptional experience and aligning on shared goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to negotiate and launch new contracts, including Value-Based Care programs and performance-based incentives.
  • Track and improve partner performance metrics and incentive outcomes, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive growth by increasing utilization and uncovering new partnership opportunities through marketing, education, and integration initiatives.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, trainings, and integration discussions with partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare account management, payor relations, or network strategy, especially with large, complex partnerships or value-based care programs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with confidence in negotiating contracts and using data for decision-making.
  • Ability to solve problems, uncover growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for making mental health care more accessible and helping Grow’s partnerships thrive.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
