What you will do

• Develop and execute a global community strategy to grow and sustain the player base across platforms and regions.
• Represent player perspectives internally to development, publishing, and leadership teams.
• Translate community insights into marketing, brand, and social strategies.
• Build feedback pipelines and actionable reports for development and product teams.
• Plan and execute both in-person and online community events.
• Collaborate closely with social media, design, production, QA, and player support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and player engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work from there.
• Significant community management experience in gaming or live-service products.
• Proven leadership of community initiatives at scale and strong understanding of player psychology and online culture.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
• Skilled in analytics and community tools such as Discord, Reddit, Brandwatch, and Sprinklr.
• Passion for Football Manager and familiarity with live games and player feedback cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience in community content strategy, creator partnerships, or content creation.
• Experience hosting livestreams, AMAs, or community broadcasts.
• Multilingual or experience managing international communities.
