Mid-Enterprise Account Executive (Cloud Security): Drive new business and expand presence among mid-sized organizations by selling a cloud security platform, with an accent on pipeline generation, full sales cycle management, and articulating value to stakeholders. Focus on understanding complex business problems, building executive relationships, and executing territory strategies for revenue growth.

Location: The role is for Field Sales in Southern California, specifically Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the US, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Salary: $125,000—$140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales quotas.
  • Understand customer's complex business problems and position hirify.global Cloud Security Solutions.
  • Advise CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights and grow executive relationships.
  • Align with hirify.global partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to SMB/Mid-Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong pipeline generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and handling objections effectively.
  • Experience in a hypergrowth/start-up organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in various stages and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the US, without the need for visa sponsorship.
