Location: Remote (US), specifically targeting the West Region.

Salary: $134,000–$158,000

hirify.global is a trust management platform founded in 2018, aiming to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security through continuous monitoring.

What you will do

  • Lead all post-sales activities for upmarket customers through onboarding, implementation, and renewal.
  • Manage a book of approximately 50 customers ranging from 401 to 2000 employee accounts.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your book of business.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within hirify.global to influence strategy and product priorities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers, driving them to specific business outcomes.
  • Become a product expert on hirify.global's platform and compliance offerings (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • Extensive experience with C-level executives and ability to build strong trusted relationships.
  • Proven track record in top-notch account management and relationship building (QBRs, Health Check Ins).
  • Technical competency to understand hirify.global’s software and build relationships with highly technical customers.
  • Stellar problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills with strong critical thinking ability.
