What you will do

• Lead design for B2B SaaS/PaaS product with appropriate depth for the audience and timing.
• Design working prototypes in Figma based on the Design System.
• Collaborate with fellow Product Designers, Product Managers, and developers to ensure overall product user experience consistency.
• Communicate and articulate findings and design decisions effectively.
• Be flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, continuously growing and changing environment.
• Be pragmatic, believing continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX and design skills applied to a growing B2B SaaS/PaaS product.
• Approaches design challenges with creativity, curiosity, and an analytical perspective.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable diving into technical topics, as target users are largely developers and database administrators.
• English: C1+ required (main working language).
