What you will do

• Lead and participate in user research to uncover insights and translate them into product opportunities.
• Create customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI to clarify direction and move the team from problem to solution.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to optimize products based on user feedback and business impact.
• Define clear, scalable, and accessible patterns to support a consistent UX across the marketplace.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring coherence, simplicity, and safety.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer in an agile environment.
• Strong conceptual and interaction design skills.
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system.
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
• Fluency in English and German (needed for collaboration and user interviews).
• Flexibility in working across multiple product areas, adapting easily to changing priorities.
