What you will do

  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Coordinate with relevant Licensing Specialists to provide knowledge and support during the sales process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for account managers and customers, supporting their daily delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand consultative relationships with existing customers and partners, including key executives and decision makers.

Requirements

  • Ability to complete an Apprenticeship agreement for 1 year with your school/university.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to maintain good client relations while ensuring confidentiality.
