What you will do

• Develop and execute a focused affiliate strategy to build a high-impact partner portfolio.
• Master the nuances of the US markets to build strong, lasting partnerships.
• Take full ownership of the affiliate budget, effectively managing spend to balance customer acquisition costs.
• Drive user growth in North America by connecting with future users on comparison sites, financial blogs, and product review platforms.

Requirements

• Proven skills in designing and executing comprehensive affiliate marketing plans.
• Deep expertise in identifying, recruiting, and negotiating with a diverse range of affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key performance indicators (CAC, CVR, LTV, fraud signals) and make data-driven optimizations.
• Proven ability to manage spend, forecast ROI, and balance acquisition cost, traffic volume, and lead quality through effective commercial modeling.
• Solid understanding of the affiliate landscapes, consumer behaviors, and competitive pressures in the US.
• English: B2 required.
