What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid search (40-50% of the budget) and social media campaigns (primarily Meta, with TikTok/Snapchat) to drive direct customer acquisition.
• Achieve ambitious growth targets, aiming for 3,600-4,000 KYB (Know Your Business) in 2026 while maintaining quality.
• Oversee a budget of ~3M€, focusing heavily on efficiency and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) compared to previous years.
• Collaborate closely with the Netherlands tribe on strategy and with central teams (Design, Growth Ops) for creative assets, tracking, and data analysis.
• Explore and potentially manage media awareness and programmatic campaigns to further support the market's growth.

Requirements

• Language: You are a native Dutch speaker (this is mandatory for market relevance).
• You have solid expertise in Search Marketing (managing significant budgets) and Social Media Marketing (mastery of Meta is required; TikTok/Snapchat is a plus).
• You have a true "startup mindset"—you are highly autonomous, flexible, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a performance marketing generalist, comfortable managing multiple channels and adapting your strategy as the market evolves.
• You have a strong interest in Fintech and an ambition to build a career in this industry (previous Fintech experience is valuable but not required).
