What you will do

• Lead social media strategy and content implementation, embedding best practices.
• Oversee social channel strategy, reporting, and benchmarking.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and lead new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with integrated teams (strategy, data, creative) for proposals.
• Manage and mentor team members, setting expectations and reviewing work.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices in social media.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in social media (agency or client-side).
• Proven experience managing and inspiring teams.
• Deep understanding of social and cultural trends and their impact on brand marketing.
• Experience delivering large campaigns and organic social in blended teams.
• Confidence in client management and handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to work hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands 2-3 days per week.
