What you will do

• Motivate and align cross-functional teams by building trust and fostering collaboration.
• Lead complex cross-company projects from initiation to adoption.
• Refine processes to enhance collaboration with R&D and Product teams.
• Promote continuous improvement by addressing workflow gaps and optimizing processes.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and implement best practices.
• Increase transparency through constant communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO.
• Profound project management experience in the software industry.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience in Jira administration.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent.
