What you will do

• Provide comprehensive oversight and status updates of all avionics development streams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, Directors, and the CTO Office for cohesive project execution.
• Track project progress and performance metrics, reporting directly to the Avionics Director.
• Optimize workflows for the sourcing, manufacturing, and testing of avionic components and harnesses.
• Oversee Change Management processes to maintain timeline and quality expectations.
• Develop and implement rapid prototyping strategies to identify bottlenecks and accelerate development cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably within the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of rocket systems and avionic unit manufacturing and testing processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira) and methodologies (Agile and Classic).
• Fluent English speaking proficiency (German is beneficial).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under high-pressure conditions.
