What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate value for potential customers by booking product demonstration webinars and calls.
  • Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections to drive sales.
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won.
  • Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role within the sales team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in at least one Nordic Language and English.
  • 1 year of sales or professional experience.
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales.
  • Demonstrable curiosity and evidence of professional and personal development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths.
  • Self-disciplined, organised, and ambitious with the ability to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives.
