TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Nordics): Generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships in the Nordics market with an accent on territory development, outbound communication, and strategic account mapping. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, driving sales traction, and providing market feedback to enhance marketing efforts.

Location: Hybrid in Netherlands with the option to work temporarily remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months after 6 months of employment.

What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in target accounts.
  • Perform outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (email, live events) to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Create account maps and strategies, collaborating with account executives.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on content effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Goal of launching a successful B2B tech sales career.
  • Fluency in English & Nordics language (minimum C1).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed individually and as part of a team.
  • Passion for people and building relationships.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable self-starter with strong organizational skills.
