What you will do
- Execute talent management strategies through effective enablement initiatives, refining competency frameworks and career paths.
- Design and direct scalable remote-learning programs and content strategies for measurable behavior change and skill acquisition.
- Set direction and accountability for enablement content and knowledge systems, ensuring strong governance and alignment.
- Lead and develop a specialized team to drive a unified, cohesive enablement strategy.
- Create effective ways of working with Product and cross-functional partners to translate changes into team enablement plans.
- Motivate and influence the broader team to embrace a strong learning culture and support education initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in learning & development and/or enablement in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with at least 1+ year in remote or hybrid settings.
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing skills and careers.
- Deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design, with a demonstrated ability to influence talent development strategies.
- Expertise with content management software and learning management software such as Notion, Guru, Docebo, and Articulate 360.
- Cultural humility, ability to build relationships across differences, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
