What you will do

• Manage the intake process for training and enablement requests, scoping projects and aligning priorities.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain compelling, scalable eLearning content for Operations onboarding and ongoing training.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) as a subject matter expert, overseeing course structure, reporting, and optimizing learning paths.
• Co-own and maintain the knowledge enablement ecosystem (Guru), ensuring content accuracy and accessibility through partnerships with SMEs.
• Track training KPIs and learning analytics to measure impact and improve the learner experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in instructional design or training.
• Strong knowledge of LMS and content authoring systems (Absorb and Articulate Rise preferred).
• Proven track record in translating business needs into scalable enablement solutions, with strong organizational and relationship-building skills for autonomous work in a hyper-growth remote environment.

• Experience in Healthcare is a plus.
