What you will do

• Develop interactive e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
• Build multimedia assets such as graphics, animations, voiceovers, and videos to support learning goals.
• Apply UX/UI principles to ensure clear navigation, aesthetic appeal, and intuitive interaction.
• Package and upload learning content to the LMS, ensuring compatibility with SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs to accurately translate storyboards and scripts into final learning products.
• Conduct formal QA reviews covering functionality, navigation, media quality, and visual consistency, and apply accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Educational background in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, IT, Digital Media, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing e-learning modules.
• Proficiency with Windows-based tools and productivity software.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness and ability to learn instructional design principles, frameworks, and best practices.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Basic HTML/CSS or JavaScript familiarity.
• Experience with LMS administration or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
