Instructional Designer

What you will do

• Analyze learning needs, target audiences, and performance gaps to define appropriate learning solutions and objectives.
• Design detailed storyboards, scripts, and learning flows, developing assessments, scenarios, and activities based on adult learning principles.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to extract, validate, and refine content.
• Provide clear design direction to E-Learning Developers.
• Apply evaluation models to measure impact and ensure instructional consistency, quality standards, and accessibility.
• Maintain awareness of trends in learning science, behavioral design, and enterprise learning technology.

Requirements

• Educational background in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience designing digital or blended learning experiences.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard digital tools (Microsoft 365 or equivalent).
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to learn e-learning development tools, practices, and technical standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Captivate).
• Understanding of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience with corporate training, content development, or technical environments.
• Familiarity with data-driven learning evaluation.
