What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to assess and improve CRM and customer experience strategies.
• Design and support CRM platform implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization in customer journeys.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and CRM adoption.
• Work closely with technology, data, and customer teams to develop customer-first solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United Kingdom
• Experience in CRM transformation, customer experience, or related consulting roles.
• Understanding or hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly including travel for assignments.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe CRM or additional CRM platforms.
