What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of creative projects across brand, marketing, product, and health verticals.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape clear, actionable creative briefs.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, managing risks and changes in scope.
• Coordinate workflows for designers, writers, and freelancers, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project status, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Support production delivery for larger projects such as photoshoots, video shoots, and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong experience managing creative projects across multiple channels (digital, social, paid media, OOH, print).
• Confidence working with creative teams, balancing creative quality with timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
• High attention to detail, particularly when managing approvals and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated industries (health, wellness, pharma, or fintech).
• Exposure to production workflows (video, photography, motion).
• Experience working with freelancers or external creative partners.
