What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of creative projects ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and coordinate resources across creative, design, production, and account teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage project finances including cost tracking and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, freelancers, and agencies to deliver assets on time and budget.
• Maintain agency processes and ensure quality assurance of all creative deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
• Strong experience in project management or production coordination within creative or marketing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with project management and workflow tools.
• Ability to manage suppliers and production processes effectively.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in in-house agencies or brand-side marketing teams.
• Background in telecommunications, technology, or large B2C organizations.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Formal project management training or certification.
