What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Translate customer data into technical requirements and work with developers to deliver personalized, data-driven communications.
• Act as the main day-to-day client contact, providing proactive communication and managing scope changes.
• Prepare accurate quotes, manage financial aspects (forecasting, invoicing, cost tracking), and monitor project profitability.
• Build strong client relationships, deliver to KPIs/SLAs, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Follow and promote processes, embrace new tools, and apply industry best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within data marketing, communications, or managed service environments.
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen with a solid understanding of financial management across projects.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive problem-solver committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• English: B2 required.
