What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies leveraging market insights and AI-driven analytics.
• Manage the full category lifecycle, including supplier selection, RFx processes, and contract negotiation.
• Support compliance to the Firmwide Third Party Risk and Control Framework and engage with Risk Partners.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor for business partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Lead and support negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms, and innovation.
• Actively leverage AI to support understanding of spend, supplier performance, risk monitoring, and contract intelligence.

Requirements

• Minimum three to five years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, particularly in indirect spend.
• Understanding of strategic procurement, category management approach, and procurement value proposition.
• Strong technical skills in project management, supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, and financial/analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively handle difficult requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Bachelors / Post Graduation degree.

Nice to have

• Experience of sourcing procure to pay tools (Ariba, Fieldglass, PMweb).
