What you will do

• Define the social vision and strategy for Brookhaven as a core pillar of franchise development.
• Oversee the creative direction, cadence, and evolution of The Brookhaven Daily and build new social series for TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop a content pipeline for both speed and quality across YouTube and TikTok, ensuring consistent characters, tone, and world logic.
• Identify, nurture, and manage key Roblox and UGC creators, building a tiered creator program with incentives and co-creation opportunities.
• Lead a small team of community managers to represent Brookhaven’s voice and develop the conversational tone across platforms.
• Set KPIs across engagement, audience growth, and creator participation, analyzing performance data to maximize impact.

Requirements

• A culture-first storyteller with deep experience in youth audiences, fandom, and digital worlds.
• 3-7 years in social, content, or digital brand leadership, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or creator ecosystems.
• Expert in TikTok and YouTube, with fluency in Roblox culture and UGC-driven communities.
• Strong creative instincts and the operational discipline to run a fast-moving content machine.
• Ability to toggle between high-level franchise thinking and real-time content production.
• Obsessed with internet culture and translating trends into authentic narratives.
• Collaborative, optimistic, and highly communicative.
