What you will do

• Own and continuously improve digital customer journeys across company websites and marketplaces.
• Manage and optimise websites through a CMS (e.g., Shopify), ensuring content, UX, and functionality.
• Use analytics and performance data to identify, prioritise, and implement improvement opportunities.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate A/B tests across websites and Amazon listings.
• Own Amazon execution, including product listings, optimisation, and brand store management.
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings clearly within a RACI framework.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or digital role.
• Hands-on experience managing websites through a CMS.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence using data to inform decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a proactive approach to ownership.
• Must be based in the UK for hybrid work.
