What you will do

• Evaluate and analyse payment processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into payment solutions.
• Design and build functionalities to implement business solutions in hirify.global.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and internal requests, managing client interaction during testing phase.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation and testing of new and existing functionality and bugfixes.
• Participate in Agile practices and ceremonies and working according to the Agile principles.

Requirements

• Strong evincible experience within a similar role.
• Track record of developing in PL/SQL and Oracle database or similar.
• Experience in process analysis and engineering.
• Experience in defect triage.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German is considered a plus.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
• ACCP certification.
