What you will do

• Build and maintain a strong network across all Business Segments, positioning the unit as a strong and reliable consulting partner for automation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders to identify the potential of automatable processes.
• Explore and consult on the opportunities for AI technologies (Intelligent Automation).
• Understand and analyze process structures and visualize them effectively.
• Develop and implement automation roadmaps/automation journeys, providing end-to-end support.
• Consult stakeholders in measuring the impact of automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
• Proven experience in consulting and stakeholder interaction.
• Deep knowledge of Automation technologies/Agentic AI/Workflows and market trends.
• Hands-On experience with AI Technologies (Azure AI; MS CoPilot Studio).
• Excellent process understanding and visualization skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication methods.
• Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English.
