What you will do
- Responsible for the holistic analysis of the customer journey in the online shop and define the KPIs.
- Provide "actionable insights," identify friction points in the funnel.
- Support Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team and evaluate their impact on CLV.
- Ensure precise tracking (client- & server-side) and maintain the highest data quality.
- Prepare complex analyses for management to serve as a well-founded basis for decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics, ideally in a high-traffic e-commerce environment or with a SaaS provider.
- Familiar with common tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Matomo). SQL is a standard.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS).
- Ability to communicate complex issues precisely and convincingly in both German and English.
