What you will do

• Manage a multidisciplinary team including business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers.
• Lead functional analytics teams to provide actionable insights for key business functions such as procurement, logistics, and production.
• Define and execute the global business analytics roadmap, aligning initiatives with corporate strategy and functional goals.
• Oversee data engineering and governance, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
• Manage integration of various systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, MES, QMS) into centralized data platforms.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using BI tools and implement AI-driven solutions for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in business analytics, data governance, and advanced analytics.
• Proven track record in leading analytics teams and delivering strategic insights.
• Expertise in BI tools (SAC, Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data governance frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Must be based in Germany for hybrid work.
