What you will do

• Define and refine North Star product metrics and leading indicators for product health and business viability.
• Influence the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights to Product Managers and Engineers.
• Drive experimentation, guiding the team on A/B test design, interpretation, and decision-making.
• Develop scalable analytics infrastructure and self-service capabilities, ensuring data quality.
• Collaborate on advanced predictive models (e.g., voucher optimization) to automate decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other analysts, fostering knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role in fast-paced tech environments.
• Deep understanding of A/B test design, causal inference, and statistical analysis.
• Expert-level SQL skills for large-scale data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Solid Python skills for complex analytics, automation, and data visualisation.
• Proven ability to design, build, and optimize data pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior analysts and leading high-impact projects.
