What you will do
- Research and identify high-potential prospects across target industries and markets.
- Reach out proactively via email, phone, social channels, and events to generate new opportunities.
- Create compelling outreach sequences that educate prospects on our multi-product portfolio.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring strong fit and smooth handover to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in our CRM.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR, lead generation, or early-stage sales role, preferably in SaaS, Martech, or digital technology.
- Strong communication skills: articulate, engaging, and confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where experimentation and creativity are encouraged.
- Ability to connect the dots quickly and explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- A team-oriented attitude, enjoying collaboration and celebrating wins together.
