What you will do

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects across target industries and markets.
  • Reach out proactively via email, phone, social channels, and events to generate new opportunities.
  • Create compelling outreach sequences that educate prospects on our multi-product portfolio.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring strong fit and smooth handover to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in our CRM.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR, lead generation, or early-stage sales role, preferably in SaaS, Martech, or digital technology.
  • Strong communication skills: articulate, engaging, and confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where experimentation and creativity are encouraged.
  • Ability to connect the dots quickly and explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • A team-oriented attitude, enjoying collaboration and celebrating wins together.
