What you will do

• Proactively manage a defined customer portfolio of small and medium-sized online shops in the DACH region.
• Independently identify potential for increasing sales performance and effectively place technologies.
• Strategically and commercially develop the customer portfolio as a skilled negotiating partner.
• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces such as New Business Sales and Product Management.

Requirements

• Professional experience in proactive B2B customer approach and communication, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proven knowledge of independent account/customer portfolio management, ideally of up to a few hundred customers.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a "hands-on mentality".
• Very good analytical skills, sales affinity, and persuasiveness.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Must be able to work hybrid from Cologne, Germany.

Nice to have

• Affinity to e-commerce.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
