We are looking for a Business Development Lead (Software Services) 💼

🎯 Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within software services / nearshore / outsourcing
- Proven experience running full-cycle sales (prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → close)
- Strong understanding of nearshore delivery models (dedicated teams, T&M, fixed scope)
- Experience selling to EU and/or US markets
- Ability to work directly with founders and delivery teams on solution shaping and pricing
- Experience building and managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM
- Strong consultative selling skills and stakeholder management
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)

✨ Nice to have:

- Experience in adtech, data/analytics, fintech, SaaS, MarTech, or cloud-related services
- Background in building early GTM processes (ICP, outreach sequences, KPIs)
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
