What you will do
- Manage the complete sales cycle for hirify.global’s advertising solutions from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring client servicing.
- Maximize agencies' and brand advertisers’ awareness of hirify.global’s direct and programmatic advertising solutions.
- Identify top priority advertising prospects to expand hirify.global’s advertiser portfolio.
- Identify new business development opportunities for hirify.global for brands.
- Build strong relationships with clients (agencies and brands) to maximize ad revenue and repeat bookings.
- Collaborate with the operational team to analyze data, trends, and client performance for strategic planning.
Requirements
- Mid-Senior Level experience in sales
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Bucharest, Romania
- English: B2 proficiency required
