Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania. The EMEAI Renewals and Conversions team are mainly based in Bucharest, Barcelona, and Munich.

What you will do

• Renew Support and Subscription contracts with channel partners in Germany.
• Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by identifying and closing up-sell opportunities.
• Develop successful relationships with hirify.global channel partners to ensure on-time renewals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal) to ensure indirect customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Drive Renewals sales processes and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German are mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with a very structured approach to daily work.
• Accurate and concise updating of Salesforce and other CRMs.
• Ability to handle pressure and support quick turnaround times for requests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
