What you will do
- Plan, build, and implement hirify.global's Korea Go-to-Market strategy.
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about hirify.global's collaborative benefits.
- Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
- Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
- Help build playbooks and best practices for the sales team.
- Liaise with the APAC user base to provide world-class customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Fluency in both English and Korean languages.
- A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A positive and open-minded attitude with a builder's mentality who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Ability to operate within the gray and find creative solutions when faced with ambiguity.

- Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing start-up.
- Existing network within the start-up and enterprise scene.
- Strong technical chops.
