What you will do

• Plan, build, and implement the Korea Go-to-Market strategy from the ground up.
• Prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts on hirify.global's benefits.
• Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand customer challenges and goals.
• Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
• Help build playbooks and best practices for the sales team.
• Liaise with the APAC user base to provide world-class customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full cycle sales at a fast-growing software company.
• Fluency in both English and Korean languages is required.
• A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication and engaging presentation skills.
• A positive, open-minded attitude and a builder's mentality.
• Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
