What you will do
- Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, ensuring solutions align with objectives.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand technical challenges and strategic goals.
- Provide proactive advice, strategic guidance, and mentorship to maximize solution value.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with technical and management stakeholders.
- Independently lead workshops, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Develop a Success Plan to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and reduce churn.
Requirements
- Solid commercial experience within blockchain/crypto technology, cybersecurity, or data analytics industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery or account management in a post-sales and/or pre-sales environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in the cryptocurrency space.
- Understanding of blockchain/Web3 concepts.
