Senior Inside Sales Representative (SaaS): Owning and managing a portfolio of renewal opportunities for mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customers in APAC with an accent on driving timely renewals, accurate forecasting, and identifying expansion opportunities. What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities across assigned customer accounts in Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments in APAC, maintaining a strong pipeline.
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business objectives and align hirify.global’s solutions.
- Lead renewal cycles end-to-end, from proactive outreach and negotiation through deal execution and billing coordination.
- Negotiate renewal terms and pricing to align customer needs with hirify.global’s business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Enablement, Deal Desk, and Legal to streamline renewal processes and remove blockers.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities during the renewal cycle and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the renewals playbook.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer facing experience in supporting or managing customer renewals, account management or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously.
- Comfort working with complex deal structures, multi-org accounts, and multiple stakeholders (procurement, finance, legal), with strong negotiation, forecasting, and closing skills.
- Technical aptitude and curiosity to learn hirify.global’s platform, sales processes, and evolving policies, along with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce, Ironclad, and similar tools to manage renewals and deal workflows.
- Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and renewal metrics (GRR, NRR, expansion rate, etc.).
- Multilingual fluency (Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, or Tagalog).
