TL;DR

Business Development Representative (ASEAN): Contribute to hirify.global's revenue generation by developing new business opportunities from an existing customer base and delivering pipeline at scale to Sales counterparts. Focus on nurturing customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and leveraging sales tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

Location: Hybrid role based in Singapore

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing solutions.
  • Own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and revenue.
  • Develop new business opportunities from the existing customer base (free, pro, and business customers).
  • Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases using data-driven approaches.
  • Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Bahasa (verbal & written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar capacity in the technology industry (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be located in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience in prospecting to Enterprise-level organizations and Public Sector.
  • Experience in Google Sheets, Outreach, SFDC reporting, and data analysis.
