TL;DR

Vice President Of Sales, APJ (SaaS): Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for APJ markets, including recruiting and leading a team of salespeople. Focus on exceeding revenue goals, building the sales ecosystem, and expanding into new territories.

Location: Remote - Singapore

Salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.

What you will do

  • Be part of the senior sales leadership team, reporting to the CRO, and play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy for the APJ markets.
  • Develop, recruit, and lead a team across the region.
  • Develop and execute on a business plan to predictably exceed revenue goals.
  • Assist in building and developing the sales ecosystem across multiple disciplines, working with leaders cross functionally to accomplish these goals.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to being a remote-first company that operates across many time-zones.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full APJ sales leadership role building successful sales teams.
  • Proven experience predictably delivering against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment.
  • Experience with SaaS sales, preferably selling to Security and IT buyers.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching and utilizing MEDDIC as a framework for success.
  • Experience leading teams with a consistent pipe gen focus.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience growing and expanding new territories following early success landing lighthouse customers in the region is highly preferred.
  • A proven background and brand of building with the channel.
