What you will do

• Lead an engineering team focused on integrating AI into existing products and developing new AI-powered offerings.
• Collaborate with product managers, ML and QA engineers, and stakeholders to iterate on the product roadmap delivery.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and participate in the feature design process.
• Refine team processes and culture to ensure smooth delivery and agility.
• Personally design and work on technical tasks and software architecture.
• Coach team members on their technical and soft skills.

Requirements

• Significant experience with C# and leading a development team.
• Deep interest in AI technologies used in software development tooling.
• Proven record of joining mature teams and having a major impact.
• Track record of proposing and implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with a diverse set of colleagues.
• Clear understanding of product management and its role in the development lifecycle.
