Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base + uncapped $90,000+ annual commission target

What you will do
- Define goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new customers.
- Build, recruit, onboard, and develop a highly efficient and productive sales team.
- Assess, clarify, and validate sales strategy and processes.
- Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, XDR, and other teams for demand generation and customer acquisition.
- Create a predictable sales model for accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with SaaS, particularly in high-velocity SMB sales.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and Google Suite.
- Ability to get buy-in from your team of reps for sales organizational goals.
- Demonstrated collaboration, persuasion, mentorship, and coaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
