Sales Manager (SMB): Leading and growing an Account Executives team to drive recurring revenue from new customers with an accent on defining sales strategy, achieving aggressive revenue goals, and recruiting high-performing sales reps. Focus on building an efficient sales model, optimizing customer acquisition, and understanding the auto services industry.

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco Bay area, California, with 2 days/week in office at Larkspur, CA

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base + uncapped $90,000+ annual commission target

What you will do

  • Define goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new customers.
  • Build, recruit, onboard, and develop a highly efficient and productive sales team.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate sales strategy and processes.
  • Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, XDR, and other teams for demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Create a predictable sales model for accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with SaaS, particularly in high-velocity SMB sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to get buy-in from your team of reps for sales organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated collaboration, persuasion, mentorship, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
